OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES
1) Suggested Donation of $100 which can be paid with cash or check made payable to Immaculata-La Salle High School at the school office. Payments can also be made with a credit card via our website www.ilsroyals.com.
2) The drawing will be for either a 3-year lease of a 2018 Mercedes Benz CLA 300 (7500 miles/year) or $20,000 cash prize.
3) The maximum number of entries is 600 with each ticket shall be sequentially numbered. In the event less than 500 tickets are distributed, the drawing will become a 50/50 cash split of the raffle proceeds, minus raffle expenses.
4) All participants must be at least 18 years of age, and the winner must have valid identification at the time of redemption.
5) Entry into the raffle is not contingent on suggested donation. For ticket, visit the ILS Main Office.
6) The winning ticket will be randomly selected and chosen from all raffle tickets at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Immaculata-La Salle High School 60th Anniversary Closing Mass at 3601 S. Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33133. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.
7) The prize is non-transferable, and any unauthorized reproduction of the raffle ticket will deem the ticket ineligible for drawing.
8) The winner is responsible for any and all taxes, fees and tariffs, both Federal and State associated with the prize.
9) The winner shall be notified by telephone and/or e-mail and will be mentioned in the ILS website and other publicized media. Entry into the raffle grants ILS permission to use the winner’s name in all raffle related publicity.
10) All donations made are non-refundable.
11) Should the winner select the lease, they shall share registration with Daimler Trust, subject to all applicable taxes, tag and required insurance obligations for the full term and subject to credit approval and lease agreement acceptance.
